Latour Hotels & Resorts, Inc. is seeking a Lead Common Area to supervise resort common areas and staff, ensuring daily cleanliness and safety standards. The role supports Inspectors, Room Attendants, and Laundry as needed to maintain guest satisfaction.

The position emphasizes hands-on cleaning, supply management, and coordination with maintenance to keep public areas pristine and inviting for owners and guests alike.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
• Knowledge of cleaning standards and safety best practices is preferred
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and handle supplies safely

Responsabilités

• Oversee common areas and staff assignments
• Keep front desk area neat and stocked
• Assist Laundry with linens and supplies
• Move linens and cleaning supplies with carts
• Report damages or theft to supervisors
• Support Guest Room Attendants when needed
• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs
• Maintain cleanliness of rugs, carpets, and upholstery
