Job summary

LATOUR HOTELS & RESORTS, INC. in North Myrtle Beach seeks a Lead Common Area to supervise daily cleaning of the property and support Inspectors, Room Attendants, and Laundry staff to meet quality standards.

You will oversee front desk area, assist Laundry with linens, and ensure safe, tidy hallways, parking areas, and common spaces. This role requires a high school diploma and at least one year in a customer-facing hospitality position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of customer-facing experience in hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the property's common areas and staff assigned.
• Keep front desk area neat and stocked.
• Assist Laundry Attendant with linens washing and folding.
• Carry linens, towels, and cleaning supplies on carts.
• Disinfect equipment and waste areas as needed.
• Maintain parking lot, stairwells, and hallways tidy.
• Assist Guest Room Attendant when needed.
