Job summary

Brinks Home is seeking a Lead Alarm & Certified Security Professional to join our Phoenix-area team. You will lead residential installs, design systems, and install with a focus on white-glove customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety.

You will troubleshoot, install, test, and maintain systems, work with care teams to meet customer needs, and uphold high standards of quality and professionalism on every site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential alarm installations.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Certifications and licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and configure alarm systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Drill, wire, and run cabling in multi-level homes.
• Maintain safety and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record inventory and manage equipment across jobs.
• Collaborate with care team to meet customer needs.
