You will troubleshoot, replace components, run wires in multi‑level homes, and test operations to verify signals while partnering with our care team to meet client needs and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential alarm installation experience.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with safe work practices.
• Relevant certifications and licenses preferred.
• HS Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and service alarm systems including add-ons and conversions.
• Visit customer sites and perform system walkthroughs and tests.
• Design and install with proper wire routing in multi-level homes.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure proper signal verification.
• Identify improvements to enhance system functionality.
