Job summary

Paths Building Services LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician Supervisor/Superintendent for Tulsa, OK. The role oversees safe, economical maintenance of the building, grounds, and mechanical systems, reporting to the regional property/maintenance manager.

The position requires leadership of handyman staff and ensuring adherence to regulations and safety standards. Desired candidates have at least five years of maintenance experience, two years in management, and HVAC/boiler/plumbing

Qualifications

Five or more years of maintenance experience.
Two or more years of managerial/supervisory experience.
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills with residents, staff, and vendors.
Ability to train and supervise maintenance staff and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform basic repairs and adjustments (carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, electrical, etc.).
Ensure compliance with building rules and government regulations; inspect boilers and safety valves.
Clean and maintain common areas and entrances.
Maintain appliances, equipment and inventory; manage supplies.
Coordinate with management and residents to resolve maintenance requests promptly.
Lead handyman and porter, supervise work orders and schedule on-call rotations.
