Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance staff across our portfolio. You will ensure safety, compliance, and timely upkeep of units, systems, and common areas, while coordinating with the Property Manager to execute preventive maintenance and capital projects.

The role requires 3–4 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and an EPA/CFC HVAC certificate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–4 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• EPA or CFC HVAC certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates status and outcome of emergencies to the Property Manager promptly.
• Ensures employees are properly trained and equipped for duties.
• Follows budgetary guidelines and ensures purchases are approved by the PM.
• Maintains a safe working environment and educates employees on safety procedures.
• Works with PM to develop hurricane preparedness plans.
• Assists in creating and implementing a preventative maintenance program.
• Stocks, orders, and arranges inventory of parts and materials.
• Monitors service and maintenance contractors for the property.
• Assists with bids/proposals and PM recommendations.
• Performs daily walk-throughs to ensure aesthetics and operability.
• Installs and restores electrical systems and components in machinery.
• Monitors upkeep of mechanical equipment including water heaters and HVAC.
• Replaces damaged wires, cables, motors, transformers, lighting fixtures.
• Replace electrical components and position-detecting devices; adjust building system controls.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned by the Property Manager.
