Job summary

Tulsa Housing Authority is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Tech to maintain and repair THA facilities and equipment, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

You will lead a crew of technicians and laborers, ensure safe, high-quality work, and support renovation projects to ready units efficiently. This role offers an impactful mission and comprehensive benefits in Tulsa, OK.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years related experience.
• Must possess valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
• Ability to work overtime on weekdays and weekends and respond to emergency calls.
• Past experience as a maintenance technician.
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair Tulsa Housing Authority (THA) owned or operated facilities and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on structures: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance, heating, and air conditioning.
• Perform building and facility maintenance and renovation projects including roofing, painting, expansion, redecoration, and floor repair.
• Act as working leader and direct the work of lesser skilled workers under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.
