Job summary

Lynco Properties in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee apartment maintenance operations. You will supervise onsite staff, respond to resident work orders promptly, and ensure repairs are completed to high standards.

The role requires extensive HVAC knowledge, plus skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliance repair, with a focus on customer service and teamwork. 8-hour day shifts, on-call and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose and fix maintenance issues efficiently.
• Experience supervising onsite maintenance staff and coordinating work orders.

Lead Maintenance Technician

Lynco Properties is currently seeking highly motivated, experienced, and trustworthy candidate to fill the position of Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for properties in the Tulsa area. Duties will include:

* Have extensive knowledge on the ins and outs of A/C units.

* Promptly handle work order needs of residents

* Complete repairs in a consistent and correct manner

* Manage onsite maintenance staff

* Apartment Maintenance Technician must provide excellent customer service

* Works well with other team members

* Be well organized to coordinate inspections, preventive maintenance, and work by contractors

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Overtime
