Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance at a Reno community. You will oversee staff, coordinate vendors, and ensure preventive maintenance, safety, and compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff and schedule activities to ensure timely work orders.
• Coordinate vendors, manage bids, and monitor inventory within budget.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance across the community.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily to identify hazards.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong resident relations.
