Southern Home Services is seeking an HVAC Lead Install Technician to oversee residential system installations, upgrades, and replacements. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

You will train Install Helpers, manage tools and inventory, and interact with homeowners to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction. The role requires physical labor, strong technical skills, and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HVAC experience, preferably residential.
• 1-2 years of lead install experience.
• Valid EPA certification for compliance with environmental regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, upgrade, and replacement of residential HVAC systems.
• Lead and mentor Install Helpers on job sites and in shop.
• Ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant workmanship.
