Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic HVAC Lead Install Technician to oversee the installation, upgrade and replacement of residential systems. You will lead a team of technicians to ensure high‑quality, safe service delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction.

The role requires training and mentoring Install Helpers, managing inventory and tools, and performing complex installations in diverse environments, including attics and crawlspaces.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Residential HVAC Lead Install experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Holds EPA certification for compliance with environmental regulations.
• Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Strong commitment to high-quality work and customer service.
• Professional interaction with all levels within the organization.
• Flexible and collaborative in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and/or replace HVAC systems in residential homes with precision.
• Train and mentor Install Helpers on job sites and in the shop.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate with homeowners.
• Handle physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and moving objects over 50 pounds.
• Maintain tools, parts, and the vehicle in an organized and clean condition.
• Perform work safely at heights, in tight spaces, and under varying weather conditions.
• Ensure adherence to appliance standards and safety regulations.
• Additional duties as assigned.
