The role emphasizes training Install Helpers, maintaining equipment, and delivering excellent customer service while adhering to industry standards and regulations. A strong practical mindset and proactive teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC install experience, ideally within the residential market.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Holds valid EPA certification for compliance with environmental regulations.
• Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking to resolve HVAC issues.
• Proactive, enthusiastic with commitment to high-quality work.
• Exceptional customer service mindset and ability to address client needs.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and/or replace HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Cut, thread, and connect pipes and handle high/low voltage wiring.
• Train and mentor Install Helpers on job sites and in the shop.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate with homeowners.
• Maintain tools, parts, and the vehicle in an organized condition.
• Ensure safety and compliance with appliance standards and health regulations.
