Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic HVAC Lead Install Technician to oversee the installation and upgrade of residential HVAC systems. You will lead a team of technicians, mentor Install Helpers, and ensure high-quality workmanship and on-time project completion.

Responsibilities include managing complex installations, prioritizing safety, and delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining organized work sites and collaborating with homeowners.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HVAC experience in the residential market.
• 1-2 years of lead install experience.
• Valid EPA certification for compliance with environmental regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer-service focus and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, upgrade, and replacement of HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Lead a team of technicians and mentor Install Helpers on job sites and in shop.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with industry regulations.
• Maintain organized work area and manage inventory and tools.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners.
