Job summary

Southern Home Services is hiring an HVAC Lead Install Technician to oversee installation, upgrades and replacements of residential systems. You will manage a team, ensure safety and quality, and maintain organized tools and inventory on site.

You will interact with homeowners, resolve issues, and uphold high standards of service. This role requires physical work, a valid EPA certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of HVAC experience in residential market with hands-on technical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA certification for environmental compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, upgrade, and replacement of residential HVAC systems.
• Lead and mentor Install Helpers on job sites and in the shop.
• Ensure quality service delivery and safety compliance.
• Maintain organized work area and manage inventory/tools.
• Provide excellent customer interactions and address concerns.
• Perform tasks requiring physical effort and operation of hand tools.
