Job summary

Pathway Family Services is hiring a Residential Supervisor to lead a team that provides safe, caring environments for youth in a residential setting. You will supervise staff, create schedules, and collaborate with therapy, education, and case management partners to deliver quality care.

We value trauma‑informed practices, leadership with compassion and integrity, and ongoing staff development through training and certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two years of residential program experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support residential staff.
• Create schedules and ensure quality care for youth.
• Foster a trauma‑informed, therapeutic environment.
• Partner with therapy, education, and case management teams.
• Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
• Monitor program quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Serve as a resource and leader during emergencies and on‑call rotations.
