Jetson in Centennial, CO is seeking a Lead Installer to set the standard on the job site, mentor junior technicians, and ensure every install meets Jetson’s quality bar. You’ll lead full heat pump system installs and work with blueprints to install accurately with care.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on residential HVAC install experience.
• Leadership experience of install crews on job sites.
• EPA 608 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to install accurately and troubleshoot.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
• Guide and support junior installers on the crew.
