Qualifications

• 1 year previous supervisor experience.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety, welfare, and rights of clients.
• Direct supervision of Shift Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals.
• Monitors client activities and ensures treatment plans are followed.
• Completes staffing schedules monthly or as needed.
• Participates in hiring DSPs and Shift Supervisors.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
