The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in mental health and developmental disabilities, and 1 year of supervisory experience, with a preference for degrees in psychology, social work, or human services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Three years’ experience in Mental Health/Developmental Disability field.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety, welfare, and the preservation of rights of clients.
• Directly supervises Shift Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals.
• Monitors client activities and ensures treatment plans and policies are followed.
• Collaborates with the Interdisciplinary Team and Case Manager.
• Prepare staffing schedules and participate in hiring activities.
• Maintain supplies and ensure policies compliance.
• Complete Floor Manager sections of assessments annually.
• Provide training on treatment plans and policies.
