ICF Olson seeks a Lead Energy Advisor/Auditor for field-based residential energy efficiency programs in Maryland. You will oversee auditing staff, coordinate field operations, and guide program growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include auditing, training, data reporting, and collaboration with contractors to deliver seamless energy efficiency projects. A strong background in building science and customer engagement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related professional experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic mechanical skills and the ability to install energy-saving devices with training.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift materials weighing up to 30 pounds and perform field work.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field auditing staff to maximize customer scheduling, workload management, and program performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development of Energy Advisors and field staff.
• Monitor field operations, staffing levels, scheduling, and productivity to ensure program goals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, installation contractors, and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain and enhance program data collection tools, reporting processes, and field technologies.
