ICF is seeking a Lead Energy Advisor/Auditor (Field-Based) in Southern Maryland. The role combines residential energy efficiency expertise, building science, and customer engagement to reduce energy use and improve comfort.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related professional experience or equivalent combination.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to install energy-saving devices with training.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform field work (walking, climbing stairs, ladders, overhead reaching).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage field auditing staff to maximize scheduling, workload, and program performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of Energy Advisors and field staff.
• Monitor field operations, staffing, scheduling, and productivity to meet program goals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, installation contractors, and internal teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Oversee audit, HVAC service, and project invoicing activities.
• Maintain program data collection tools, reporting processes, and field technologies.
