IES is seeking an experienced Residential Electric Technician to lead and perform electrical installation, service, troubleshooting, and repair in residential settings. You will mentor less experienced electricians, oversee rough-in crews, and ensure all work meets safety standards and electrical codes.

You will review plans, coordinate with project teams, and manage equipment and materials to maintain productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of residential electrical experience.
• Deep knowledge of residential rough-in installations and electrical codes.
• Ability to train and mentor electricians.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Strong safety compliance and quality focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead residential rough-in crews to ensure safe, accurate installations.
• Perform advanced residential installation, service, maintenance, and repair.
• Train and mentor junior electricians on rough-in methods and safety.
• Coordinate planning with project plans and work orders.
