IES is seeking a Residential Electrician to perform electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to support project completion and safety standards. The role interfaces with customers, vendors, and leadership to ensure compliant, high-quality work on-site.

Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and safety practices, and can read plans while coordinating with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and across teams to complete tasks.

Responsabilités

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on electrical systems and equipment.
• Review project plans, specifications, and work orders to ensure accurate execution.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, safety standards, and electrical codes.
• Coordinate with employees, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of work and activities.
• Support project timelines and assist with on-site operational needs.
• Mentor and assist less experienced technicians as needed.
