Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous hands-on residential electrical experience required.
• Experience leading or mentoring residential rough-in crews preferred.
• Knowledge of residential codes and installation methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential rough-in crews to meet project schedules.
• Perform advanced residential electrical installation, service, and repair.
• Train and mentor electricians on wiring methods and safety.
• Review plans and work orders to coordinate rough-in activities.
• Inspect rough-in work for quality and code compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues in homes.
• Maintain records and communicate project status.
