Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, rough-in installation methods, equipment, materials, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor residential electrical crews.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Solid understanding of electrical codes and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support residential electrical rough-in crews to ensure installations are completed safely and on schedule.
• Perform advanced residential electrical installation, service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
• Train, mentor, and provide hands-on guidance to electricians on rough-in methods and safety.
• Review project plans and work orders to coordinate rough-in activities and ensure accurate completion.
• Inspect rough-in work for quality, code compliance, and adherence to company standards.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to maintain productivity and meet schedules.
