Job summary

Coolray Heating and Cooling Tennessee is seeking an Electrical Field Supervisor in Nashville to lead a growing residential electrical team. You will oversee daily field operations, mentor electricians, ensure quality workmanship, and partner with leadership to drive profitability and exceptional customer experiences.

As a hands-on leader, you will develop technicians, manage productivity and costs, and maintain safety and compliance with NEC standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading residential electrical teams.
• Experience as Electrical Supervisor/Foreman/Field Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, service upgrades, generators, and panels.
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Thorough NEC knowledge.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of residential electricians.
• Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching to improve technical skills, customer experience, and sales performance.
• Identify training opportunities and development plans for team members.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing new electricians.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee residential electrical installations from start to finish.
• Review work for quality, code compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide field guidance.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, overtime, and material costs.
• Promote lead generation opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
