Job summary

Wrench Group in Nashville is seeking an Electrical Field Supervisor to lead our growing residential electrical team. You'll mentor electricians, oversee daily field operations, ensure quality workmanship, and partner with leadership to grow the department.

This role rewards hands-on leadership, safety compliance, and profitability. You will monitor productivity, coach technicians, manage schedules and budgets, and promote exceptional customer experiences while maintaining NEC standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of residential electrical teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and NEC codes.
• Experience coaching field technicians and improving performance.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, and develop electricians.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing residential electrical team.
• Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching to improve technical skills and customer experience.
• Identify training opportunities and create development plans for team members.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing new electricians.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee residential installations from start to finish and review quality.
