Coolray Tennessee seeks an Electrical Field Supervisor in Nashville to lead a growing residential electrical team, oversee field operations, and develop electricians while ensuring safe, high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes coaching, safety, and driving profitability through strong leadership and KPI focus. Residency in Nashville and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading residential electrical teams.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and residential systems.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of residential electricians.
• Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching to improve skills, customer experience, and sales performance.
• Identify training opportunities and create development plans for team members.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing new electricians.
• Oversee residential electrical installations from start to finish.
• Review work for quality, code compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance to the field.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, overtime, and material costs.
