We're looking for an Electrical Field Supervisor to lead our growing electrical team in Nashville. This role, you'll oversee daily field operations, mentor and develop electricians, ensure quality workmanship, and partner with leadership to continue growing one of the area's premier residential electrical service teams.

If you're ready to take the next step in your leadership career with a company that invests in its people, we'd love to meet you.

What's In It For Me?
  • Market Value Compensation ($75,000-$95,000 + Commission Opportunity)
  • Company Vehicle Provided
  • Company Matched Health Savings Account and 401k Retirement Account
  • FREE Long-Term Disability Insurance, Employee + Family Life Insurance, Wellness Program and Employee Assistance Program (Mental Health)
  • Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance, Accident Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance
  • Six (6) Paid Company Holidays
  • One (1) Paid Community Service Day
  • Company Paid Other Time Off (Bereavement & Jury Duty)
What Makes You Successful?

You are someone who enjoys leading by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to build strong teams while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

You understand that your success isn't measured only by the work you complete - but by the electricians you develop.

Do I Have What It Takes?
  • Proven experience leading residential electrical teams
  • Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Foreman, Field Supervisor, or Service Manager
  • Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, service upgrades, generators, and panel replacements
  • Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
  • Thorough knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Experience managing productivity, labor costs, and field operations
  • Ability to motivate and develop technicians to reach their full potential
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to successfully pass pre-employment screening
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master Electrician License (preferred)
  • Nextstar Service System experience OR similar sales/service coaching experience
  • Experience leading residential service electricians
  • Strong understanding of KPIs including average ticket, closing rate, callbacks, and technician performance
We're building more than an electrical department - we're building careers.
You'll have the opportunity to lead a talented team, influence the future of the business, develop the next generation of electricians, and make a meaningful impact every day.
