Coolray Nashville is seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to educate customers on options, install and replace equipment, and ensure high-quality work on every job. You will lead field installations, manage ductwork, and coordinate with dispatch while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires 4+ years as a lead installer, EPA Type II certification, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, collaborative team environment with ongoing training and career

Qualifications

• Lead Installer with 4+ years of experience.
• 5+ years HVAC knowledge including refrigerants, ducts, and equipment.
• Type II EPA Certification.
• Strong customer service and ability to exceed expectations.
• Own basic hand tools and testing instruments listed.
• Able to crawl, climb, and work in tight spaces.

Responsabilités

• Install/replace HVAC equipment including ductwork and rooftop units.
• Maintain company vehicle and stock in the van.
• Travel to job sites and coordinate with dispatch.
• Design duct systems for comfort and efficiency.
• Engage with homeowners to discuss options and upsell.
• Mentor apprentices and entry-level installers.
