Timeline Design+Build is seeking a Project Manager to lead residential design-build projects from preconstruction through closeout in the Silicon Valley area. You will be accountable for financial performance, client communication, team coordination, change management, and overall project execution.

You will own budgets, forecasts, and cost control, and ensure alignment of design, estimating, procurement, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential design-build projects with accountability for budgets and client communication.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and ability to interpret plans and specs.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, change orders, and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead project financials, budgets, forecasts, and cost control from start to closeout.
• Maintain accurate oversight of launch through closeout and monitor contingency usage.
• Coordinate design, estimating, procurement, and field teams, driving timely decisions.
