Job summary

Renowned Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, high-end residential design-build projects across the San Francisco Bay Area. You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout and act as the central coordinator between clients, architects, designers, and field teams.

The role requires strong budgeting, schedule management, risk assessment, and proactive change control, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and profitable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management or direct supervision experience.
• Experience in high-end custom residential construction is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing projects in the San Francisco Bay Area is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from preconstruction through closeout and serve as the primary client point of contact.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and job-cost reporting.
• Monitor costs, labor, subcontractors, procurement, and contingency; track cost-to-complete.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and field teams to resolve constructability issues.
• Lead change-management, RFIs, submittals, and schedule coordination; drive timely decisions.
• Conduct client meetings and provide regular updates on schedule, budget, and progress.
• Ensure an exceptional client experience from project launch to handoff.
