Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking a Design Project Manager to join a nationally recognized firm where architecture, engineering, construction, development, real estate management, and capital markets operate under one integrated platform.

You’ll oversee design and construction from early conversations through handover, coordinating clients, consultants, and internal teams to keep vision, budget, and schedule aligned and to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Strong design or architecture project management experience.
• Experience coordinating clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate clearly across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through design and construction phases.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, scope and deliverables.
• Lead client, design, consultant, and internal team meetings.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Track project priorities, milestones, and critical decisions.
• Support design excellence, constructability, and profitability.
• Mentor junior staff and help project teams perform at their best.
