Job summary

PREMIER Design + Build Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction delivery from preconstruction through turnover. You will oversee financial performance, maintain schedule adherence, and coordinate teams across sectors to deliver tailored construction strategies while ensuring client satisfaction. Residential experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs project administration with critical path schedule development, RFI and submittal tracking, meeting documentation, bid solicitation, proposal qualification, contract negotiation, financial management, change orders, invoices, and billings.
• Coordinates with consultants and subcontractors and handles field communications.
• Represents the company in project meetings and leads strategy meetings.
• Interprets and explains plans and contract terms to staff, workers, and clients.
• Generates reports on work progress, cost, and scheduling.
• Plans and directs construction activities with superintendents and foremen.
• Compiles as-built and close-out documents, manages punch lists, and addresses warranty claims post-completion.
• Participates in team activities promoting esprit de corps and ownership of projects.
