University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Biology seeks a Researcher Senior Lead to join a NIH U19 project team. You will serve as the application development lead for Cayo Hub, guiding data intake, management, and analysis across large multi-omics datasets and longitudinal measures.

Qualifikationen

• Doctorate degree in a related field and one year of related experience.
• Master's degree in related field and three years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field and five years of related experience.
• Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

Aufgaben

• Lead the collaborative expansion of an existing project database.
• Lead the development of APIs for accessing and visualizing project data.
• Lead the development of web-based interfaces for data visualization and dissemination.
• Coordinate intake pipelines for existing and new data and metadata.
• Shape workflows and practices for data management and reproducible workflows.
• Coordinate weekly office hours to provide feedback to researchers.
• Organize working group meetings on data integration practices.
• Provide development updates to project leadership and track milestones.
• Develop and document technical reports and data use agreements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
