Responsibilities

• Oversee complex or multiple research projects and provide strategic direction.
• Mentor junior researchers, manage project budgets, and ensure integrity and quality of outcomes.
• Guide experimental design, data interpretation, and contribute to high-impact publications.
• May involve contact with research collaborators, animals, and/or specimens.
• Maintain records and develop lab protocols.
