Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and one year of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of related experience.
• Associate's degree in a related field and five years of related experience. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects and day-to-day lab operations; ensure training and compliance.
• Supervise and order lab supplies and equipment in coordination with admin specialist.
• Perform research protocols under the lab PI's direction; include bench protocols.
• Collect, prepare, analyze, log and compile research data.
• Monitor results; report unusual outcomes and propose modifications.
• Direct and teach others using advanced lab practices and safety training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
