Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Superintendent-Repair in Denver, CO. You will oversee repair operations, supervise mechanics, and ensure safe, efficient service delivery while coordinating with regional repair teams.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience is expected, with strong reporting and client-facing skills. The role offers a competitive salary, car allowance or company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and disability

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and management basics; or a Bachelor’s degree or two years’ branch management experience.
• Ability to write reports, contract proposals and business correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and customers
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to interpret extensive technical instructions and deal with abstract variables

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily repair operations run efficiently and cost effectively; manage scheduling and material requisitions
• Foster a culture of safety; conduct safety audits and training
• Participate in weekly backlog meetings with regional coordinators to update schedules
• Supervise mechanics and apprentices; involve in performance management
• Monitor repair job status using system reports and review billable vs non-billable work
• Maintain knowledge of market area including sales backlog and service volume
