Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of construction and general management principles.
• Ability to write reports, proposals, and business correspondence.

• Ability to interpret diverse technical instructions and variables.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch daily repair operations run efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Foster a culture of safety; administer safety program and training.
• Attend weekly repair backlog meetings to update schedules and data.
• Supervise repair mechanics and apprentices; perform site audits and progressive discipline.
• Use system reports to monitor repair status, efficiencies, and completion.
• Review TK Trip reports with mechanics and sales personnel.
• Maintain knowledge of market area, backlog, service and repair volume.
• Maintain familiarity with TK Elevator products and updates.
• Keep up-to-date with federal, state, and local codes.
• Assist accounts receivable with collection information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
