TK Elevator seeks an experienced Superintendent-Repair in Denver, CO to oversee branch repair operations, drive efficiency, and ensure safety. The role requires coordinating repairs, supervising mechanics, and leveraging reports to optimize performance.

Salary range is $100,000–$150,000 with a car allowance or company vehicle, plus comprehensive benefits. Applicants should possess construction/management experience and a relevant degree or equivalent.

• Ability to write reports, contract proposals and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch repair operations run efficiently and cost effectively.
• Foster safety culture; conduct safety audits and trainings.
• Participate in weekly repair backlog meetings to update schedules.
• Supervise repair mechanics and apprentices; perform site audits.
• Use system reports to monitor repair status and efficiencies.
