Job summary

Radwell International is seeking an experienced Repair Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in our Willingboro, NJ facility. You will ensure repairs are completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards while driving productivity and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a strong technical background in electronics, automation, or electro-mechanical repairs, with hands-on leadership, coaching skills, and a focus on continuous improvement across production operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technicians or technical teams.
• Strong background in electronics, automation, or electro-mechanical repairs.
• Experience with quality systems and process improvements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of technicians.
• Plan and prioritize repair production to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Monitor workflows and adjust schedules to meet customer commitments.
• Provide technical mentorship and resolve escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
