Job summary

Radwell International is seeking an experienced Site Repair Supervisor to lead daily production, repair, warehouse, inventory, and operational activities at our Georgia facility.

You will drive productivity, quality, and a culture of accountability, while developing people and solving operational challenges. This leadership role partners with site leadership to improve performance and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in production, operations, repair, warehouse, manufacturing, or quality-focused environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a technical, manufacturing, or service environment.
• Industrial automation, electronics, or technical product knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide daily direction to Technicians, Specialists, and Support Staff across production and warehouse operations
• Coordinate staffing, workload priorities, and operational workflow to ensure efficient movement of work through the facility
• Monitor team performance, operational metrics, quality standards, and productivity goals
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees through ongoing feedback, training, and performance management
• Support onboarding, cross-training, and employee development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, work instructions, safety requirements, and company policies
• Promote a safety-first culture and address workplace safety concerns
• Monitor production quality and identify opportunities to improve operational performance
• Support inventory accuracy, parts management, and material flow throughout the facility
• Identify bottlenecks, aging work orders, and operational challenges with corrective actions
• Communicate staffing, equipment, operational, and workflow concerns to site leadership
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects
• Collaborate with Operations, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments to maintain customer service expectations
• Assist with customer escalations and operational issue resolution
• Maintain accurate operational records and system documentation
• Support special projects, business initiatives, and operational priorities
• Serve as leadership resource in absence of the Operations Manager
