Job summary

Radwell International is seeking a hands-on Site Repair Supervisor to lead daily production, repair, warehouse, inventory, and operations at our St. Charles facility. You will drive productivity, maintain quality, and develop a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across multiple teams.

The role focuses on coaching staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring customer expectations are met through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in production, manufacturing, repair, warehouse, or related environments.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff and drive improvements.
• Strong focus on process optimization, quality, and customer service metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Technicians, Specialists, and Support Staff across production and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate staffing and workflow to ensure efficient facility movement.
• Monitor metrics, quality standards, and productivity goals.
• Coach and develop employees with ongoing feedback and training.
• Support onboarding, cross-training, and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and company policies.
• Promote a safety-first culture and address safety concerns.
