Job summary

Ulteig seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead the engineering execution of large renewable energy projects (wind, solar, BESS) with responsibility for scope, schedule and budget.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and drive successful delivery while ensuring quality and safety. PMP/MBA/PE are highly valued, with opportunities for growth within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex programs.
• Strong financial, contract administration and risk mitigation skills.
• PMP, MBA or PE are highly valued and demonstrate leadership and delivery expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic project management leadership for large renewable engineering projects with minimal supervision.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and cost management; drive key project decisions and meetings.
• Lead contract negotiation, management, and proposal development; ensure resource availability.
• Collaborate with Project Controls to maintain schedules and costs; report status to stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced team members and ensure adherence to safety and QA/QC programs.
• Support business development by maintaining client relationships and contributing to proposals.
