Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced field environment.
• Team‑first mindset with a commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support daily construction operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to keep work moving efficiently.
• Track daily production quantities, equipment usage, and cost data for reporting and forecasting.
• Assist with short-interval planning (two‑week lookahead) and daily Plan of the Day execution.
