Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Senior Stapling Robotics Specialist to drive market share growth in stapling technologies and pioneer robotic hybrid bedside procedures across the district. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop programs, engage with surgeons, and advance KOL strategies.

The role requires extensive medical device sales experience, the ability to travel, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to support portfolio expansion and successful market adoption.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years in medical device sales or an Associate's with 6+ years or a Bachelor's with 4+ years.
• Ability to travel over 50% in the territory.
• Experience in medical devices sales with knowledge of surgical environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as district expert on stapling and drive market share growth using Signia and Circular EEA technologies.
• Provide hands-on training and clinical support to surgeons and teams.
• Lead introductory and execution efforts for robotic hybrid bedside procedures.
• Execute district-wide market development programs including therapy awareness and RAS adoption.
• Engage in KOL programs and collaborate with HEPR to identify economic opportunities.
