Medtronic is seeking a Sr. Robotic Stapling Specialist to drive stapling and robotic hybrid bedside procedures. This remote role requires residing within the territory and frequent travel to accounts in the region.

The candidate will lead district stapling technology initiatives, train surgeons, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand the robotic portfolio. A strong background in medical device sales and clinical environment communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years medical device sales experience OR equivalent education/experience.
• Travel over 50% within territory is required.
• Proven ability to communicate complex product information to diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead stapling technology leadership and training for surgeons and teams.
• Drive robotic hybrid bedside procedure expansion across the district.
• Execute district-wide market development programs and KOL engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with robotic surgery teams and HEPR to expand portfolio.
• Maintain weekly presence in robotic procedures and build relationships with surgical teams.
