Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Surgical Staples Robotics Specialist for the United States market. This remote role requires you to reside in the territory and travel to multiple accounts with a valid driver’s license.

You will lead stapling technology initiatives, support robotic procedures, and drive market development programs, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to expand the portfolio and enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 8+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Associate’s Degree AND at least 6+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree AND at least 4+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Ability to travel over 50% in territory

Responsibilities

• Stapling technology leadership and hands‑on training for surgeons and teams.
• Lead robotic hybrid bedside procedures and drive conversion opportunities.
• Execute district‑wide market development programs and KOL engagement strategies.
• Position the district for the planned HUGO platform entry and build relationships with robotic surgery teams.
