Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to join our Remote Sensing SE&I team working on national security space missions. You will translate customer needs into technical requirements and develop system architectures for ground and software integration.

You will create ICDs, COs, test plans, and models, collaborate with the military and Booz Allen teams, and travel up to 10% as needed. A Top Secret clearance is required to support critical space programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of systems engineering analysis for satellite or ground systems.
• Experience developing technical specifications, ICDs, ground architectures, integration and test plans.
• Experience integrating software for weapon systems with multi-team schedules.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with relevant space program experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical requirements, Concepts of Operations, ICDs, and verification plans for satellite ground systems.
• Create integration plans, test plans, and digital mission models.
• Research new requirements and technologies to deliver engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with military customers and Booz Allen teams to deliver customer-focused engineering.
