Burtch Works is seeking a senior engineer to define and build the live-system reliability architecture for an AI-first enterprise planning software company. You will design the control loop that reconstructs production state, detect failures, and guide safe remediation across environments.

You'll lead through technical influence across Reliability & Operations, Platform, AI, SecOps and Services, setting direction, writing critical code, and shaping standards while delivering measurable

Formación

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven design and operation of production reliability systems at scale.
• Strong software judgment: prototype, code, benchmark, debug.
• Experience with modern AI systems and deterministic validation.
• Ability to influence across organizational boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• Own the live-system reliability loop architecture across environments and deployments.
• Assemble evidence from telemetry, logs, alerts and changes into a coherent timeline.
• Drive detection and diagnosis for failures, SLOs, capacity risk, and patterns.
• Create incident memory and versioned remediation skills with preconditions and rollback.
• Deliver high‑quality escalations and learning paths from incidents.
• Make central vs federated analysis and build‑vs‑buy decisions.
