Job summary

Burtch Works is seeking an experienced ML engineer to design scalable ML infrastructure, deploy models, and collaborate with clients to deliver Generative AI solutions in the cloud. You will monitor production models and ensure security while preprocessing data and refining model performance.

The role emphasizes Python and R programming, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices within a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

Proven ML engineering experience, including model hosting, inference optimization, and model registry management.
Experience designing and building cloud-native AI solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong programming in Python and R for data analysis and modeling.
Familiar with CI/CD and DevOps practices across ML pipelines.
Knowledge of model evaluation and common ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Responsibilities

Design scalable machine learning infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines for model training and deployment
Monitor models in production
Develop Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, RAG infrastructure, and common search paradigms
Ensure security and compliance
Preprocess and analyze datasets
Develop and fine-tune ML models to optimize performance
Collaborate with client stakeholders to define and build robust AI solutions
